Ash ist ein richtig guter Yoga instructor. Das war die Beste Yoga Stunde die ich hatte! Außerdem ist es sehr cool, dass man sich die Kosten für den Kurs zurückerstatten lassen kann. Dafür muss man einfach ein Formular an die jeweilige KK weiterleiten. Ich habe 100% zurückerstattet bekommen. Hochwertige und kostenlose Yogastunden sind in Köln sont nicht zu finden. Sehr schönes Konzept.

Ash hat mich erfolgreich an Yoga herangeführt! Auch für Anfänger geeignet. Sehr professionelle Sessions die auch großen Spaß machen. Danke für eure tolle Arbeit und bis nächste Woche :-)

I've been following Ash's yoga classes for a year and also attended one of his & Anton's seminars for a full weekend, and I really loved every time I went! The atmosphere was always great and relaxed - everyone could practice at their own level while trying new things and improving a lot. After a couple of weeks I was even able to do a headstand, something I wouldn't have even thought of trying a while ago :D All in all, I'd recommend the classes/workshops to both beginners and also those who are already a bit more advanced :))
