I am truly grateful for having had the opportunity to participate in the Sri Sai Prana Yoga teachers training in Narsapur / India in 2017. It is incredible how much we were taught within four weeks and the benefits from the teachings are countless. Not only did we learn about the different asanas by daily practice and how they can affect the different levels of our physical, emotional and mental bodies, as well as how to teach yoga in a correct and sensible way. The knowledge and experiences we were able to gain in anatomy, pranayama, meditation, Indian tradition and especially the spiritual teachings of the Bhagavad Gita and satsang are immense. With Master Sai, Acharya Sasidhar and their team we are blessed with the most excellent teachers. Furthermore this course is set in such a beautiful and peaceful natural environment, just being in this special place is pure pleasure. Excursions to nearby mountains and extraordinary temples gave us the possibility to enjoy the beauty of this country and learn more about the culture. And last but not least, we very much enjoyed the wonderful and delicious meals we were being served as well as the friendliness of all the people living and working there. Having successfully completed the basic teachers training, I mostly enjoy teaching Sri Sai Prana Yoga now and look forward to attending the advanced teachers training in India hopefully soon.
best yoga teachings with warm hearted people
