Sunburst Yoga

I know Linda since roughly 10 years. She always has been very solid and experienced in her own practice. The communication between teacher an student feels always very natural and her classes are always lots of fun. I learned a lot from her and I am very happy that I still can! This is my long overdue review : )

This place is like home. I love the classes, the space and the owner is always welcoming. She really cares about the experience and the wellbeing of everyone who comes to practice here. If you are looking for yoga classes in English in a beautiful space, taught by knowledgeable instructors, this is your studio.

Definitely my favorite yoga studio in the area! Linda is an incredible instructor, always able to adapt to the energy level and abilities of her students and always offering new challenges to try. After class, we drink tea and spend time getting to know each other. Wonderful community hosted by an amazing woman.

Beautiful yoga studio! Linda is also an amazing instructor. Her beginners class is definitely relaxing and teaches so many useful poses for stretching. There is a cool walking trail around the corner from the studio if you want to do some running or spirit walks too.😁

Sunburst has something for everyone. Linda is a friendly and knowledgeable instructor who adapts each class to the unique needs of her students. Her cozy studio accommodates every level from very beginner to experienced. Class are in English and only a few minutes from RAB.

Linda’s understanding and passion toward yoga is phenomenal and a rare gem. If you are trying to up your practice or learn something new this is definitely the place for you!

Hardly ever have classes. Never open and barely have any instructors. Would not suggest this place for something you could do at home with YouTube. Update: My review from three years ago has nothing to do with whatever happened to this owner three weeks ago.

Definitely miss this yoga studio now that we’ve moved.
