Nati ist eine super erfahrene Aerial-Yoga-lehrerin. Ihre Stunden sind das perfekte Gleichgewicht aus Leichtigkeit, Herausforderung und Entspannung. Ich bin begeistert.

Natalias yoga lessons are super nice! She takes care of every single person and makes sure that everyone feels comfortable. The atmosphere in the course is very warm and calm. Always feeling refreshed after her lessons!

Great for beginners as well as for advanced yogis! Natasha is very experienced, has a great way of explaining new tricks and adjusts easily to what one needs right at that moment. I’ve been going there for almost a year now, in which I have learned a lot and have become a lot stronger. I love the comfortable relaxed atmosphere of the small groups. The lessons give me a great feeling every single time :-)

Natalia knows what she is doing. It is always so lovely in her lessons, I love the aerial yoga she does, and I always feel safe like in a womb and afterwards walk home like a fresh person :)
