I've just had an amazing treatment with Konstanze. She has really helped loosen my muscles, my fascia and I could feel my energy levels increasing as she treated me. She has also given me recommended exercises and after care advice. Simply brilliant. I can really recommend a 1:1 yoga therapy treatment plan with Konstanze, she will help you.
