Casa Ashtanga Yoga Studio

Casa ashtanga is a safe space for me, really like a second home in a way. David’s teaching is so caring, on point and inspiring. He teaches yoga authentically, with humbleness and a lot of wisdom. I can highly recommend this yoga studio.

Perfect place to start your yoga practice and to advance! The studio is really well equipped and the atmosphere is very relaxing. David is an excellent teacher who explains everything very well and helps all the time throughout the class. You practice and get better at your own pace and don’t loose motivation, what is especially important for beginners. There are also a lot of very experienced students, who also come to the studio.

Casa Ashtanga is a beautiful Shala where to practice Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga - both for beginners and committed practicioner. The teacher is committed, generous and comprehensive.

A beautiful place to start learning and practicing yoga. David is an excellent teacher, you will definitely improve in your practice.
