Kleines Studio mit kleinen Yoga-Klassen, mit individuell auf die Teilnehmer abgestimmter Anleitung durch die Yoga-Lehrerin Maya. Es gibt stets Neues zu lernen, individuelle Hilfestellungen bei fehlender Beweglichkeit und immer ein Lächeln. Ich freue mich auf jede Yoga-Stunde bei Maya!

Tolle Location. Eine wundervolle Yogalehrerin. Auf jeden wird individuell eingegangen,man wird korrigiert und ich habe meine A-ha Momente. Ich komme immer sehr gerne!!!

Before I started doing yoga with Maya I've been to some other places. Places that felt very busy, commercial, overwhelmingly fast and just not right for me. From the first yoga session onwards Maya had been the best yoga instructor I could hope for. It is a small class, she overlooks the movements of every single person and helps with a precise wording of what to do better or in most cases giving physical assistance, so that you exactly know how the position should be. She also has a sense of the individual aches and pains of everyone in the group and gives tipps on what to do at home to work against it. I'm at her yoga practice regularly since 3 years and I can't recommend her enough. She's helped me tremendously. :) Thank you, Maya.
