She teaches different styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga, and adapts her teaching to the needs of each individual in the group. Her classes are conducted both in English and Russian, which is a huge advantage for expats living here. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, I highly recommend joining her classes. Definitely worth it, best yoga classes in the hometown of Olaf Scholz and Erich Maria Remarque!
