POP KIDS YOGA Studio

WEITER so!!! :-)

Dora’s Yoga Studio is a fun place for children to relax in an environment created especially for them, and learn about different yoga poses. There are alot of games and music during classes so even the most active children find it easy to participate in the activities. I definitely recommend this kids yoga studio to anyone who is looking for a kids program where their child can really feel at home while discovering a whole new world.

Dora's yoga studio is an amazing experience for children. Dora is kind and welcoming children of all ages and even makes the tiniest yogis enjoy the poses! :) my twins have learnt several partner yoga poses which we practice at home as a fun family activity! Im happy we found POP Kids Yoga! Thank you DORA!!!!

My 2 boys (4 and 7 years old) enjoy yoga in the creative classes for children - I find it very important to create the love of such activities. Sports mixed with learning keeps their attention high, and as a Dad I am convinced yoga should be a basic part of school curriculum.

Before Pop Yoga, I had tried yoga classes with 3 different teacher. Back then, I already had some kind of practice from online youtube videos. She is the best teacher I ever had. I was about to give-up and she guided me through Patience. She is super oriented detail, she explains well and help you to get into the right position, corrects you during the exercise and the most important part she shows you that there are no limits and no rush, that your body and mind needs time to absorb everything. Every class has a different proposal. But all of then focusing on my improvements. Dora is very attentive. After the class she always ask me if I have any doubt, shows me on the book how can I find the information to get right into each position, she prepares some homework classes so I can practice 20 minutes every day at home besides our class. I truly recommend her classes!

Wonderful, loving, fun, creative... Dora is an amazing teacher and she has the ability to spark a livelong love for yoga in kids which is extremely valuable.
