Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Heidelberg

Ilde is a great yoga teacher. She responds to my needs and introduced me into Ashtanga practice. Classes are mixed with yogis of all experience levels. Ashtanga yoga is perfect for me because it takes place early in the morning and I can observe myself getting better every time.

-- Anton

I searched for a long time for a Yoga Studio that would fit my schedule and stumbled upon this one. I discovered Ashtanga Yoga and loved it. It has helped me a lot to manage my stress and I love starting my day practicing it. Ilde is a really good teacher, correcting me when necessary and encouraging me throughout the class. The private yoga class helps a lot with addressing the poses where I struggle and learn new ones. Overall I can recommend it :)

¡Gracias, Ilde!

I’ve been practicing with Ilde for a few weeks by now and she’s an amazing teacher, who really looks at each student individually and gives advice that helps you to improve according to your individual level and abilities. I couldn’t be happier with a yoga teacher in Heidelberg!

I can highly recommend getting up early for the Mysore experience with Ilde! You feel supported by someone who knows so much and continues to share what she is learning passionately. She provided useful suggestions on how I can improve individual postures and my practice in general. It is really valuable to practice in the presence of such great support!
